Best Lightening Cream

I’ve heard about bleach creams that lighten your skin. Some people have darker skin shaded areas than their natural skin tone. So would bleach cream make those areas become like the rest of their skin tone? If so, what are good brands to get at a local pharmacy?

I like to lightening my skin, but most cream I have tried have not giving me an even skin colour. They either make my skin dry and itchy or leave me with blemish. The one I am using currently is working on my chest and arms but not on my back and neck, and now some part of my body is dark while some are tan(yellow).
